 CONTEXT: NONMEM installation utility routine

 USAGE:

  a:\setup

 DISCUSSION:

 SETUP.BAT and SETUP are tools for installing NONMEM in the MS-DOS  and
 UNIX environments, respectively.  Their use is optional.  SETUP.BAT is
 a MS-DOS batch program. SETUP is a UNIX C-shell script.  Both are sup-
 plied on the NONMEM distribution medium.
